Module 16: Bringing Home Baby – Dog and Parent Bonding Time

In this section we’ll cover how your relationship with your dog may be shifting and why it’s so important to carve out intentional time to spend with your dog.

Your relationship may feel different after baby. Finding time to connect can help you both. And if your dog was your first “baby” the postpartum shifts and sometimes even a little bit of grieving or guilt process happens when you’re not able to spend as much time with the dog or do the things you once did.

Or if your dog is struggling with the baby, it can be hard to see your dog in a positive light.
