Kate was a lifesaver when it came to our puppy Ruby’s separation anxiety. When we started with Kate, Ruby couldn’t even be alone for a minute in the apartment. She would cry, bark, throw herself at the door. We worked with Kate for nearly a year. Throughout that time Kate didn’t just help with the training aspect, she helped connect us with a great vet in NYC where we were able to try various medications for Ruby to also help with the anxiety. We had peaks and valleys throughout the training process, but ultimately got to a place where Ruby can be comfortably (and quietly!) home alone. We are SOOO thankful for Kate. Not only did she improve Ruby’s quality of life, but ours as well!!
