
Single-Issue Fear/Aggression/Reactivity Video Consult
Does your dog bark, growl and/or lunge? Does your dog protect favorite items like bones or food? Or maybe he runs away, hides and/or shuts down with unfamiliar people? Let’s talk about why he’s does this and how you can help him feel safe.
90 min sessions are available only if your dog has one of the following presenting behavior concerns to discuss or work on and if there is no bite history.
A comprehensive 2-hour consult is required if your dog has a bite history, if your behavior issue involves fear of children (including any fearful or anxious behaviors including but not limited to avoidance, growling, barking, lunging, snapping or biting children) or has multiple behavior concerns from this list.
- Growling, snapping, or biting adults over food, chews or toys
- Barking, growling, lunging, or snapping at adults in the home
- Barking, growling and lunging at people on walks (on-leash)
- Fearful or anxious behaviors around unfamiliar adults (in or outside the home)
- Barking, growling and lunging at dogs other dogs over food, chews or toys
- Barking, growling and lunging at dogs on walks (on-leash)
- Barking, growling, lunging or targeting dogs at parks or daycare (off-leash)
- Barking, growling, lunging or chasing critters (on or off-leash)
- Fearful or anxious behaviors outside of the home (going on walks, going to new places)
- Fearful or anxious behaviors approaching, entering, or riding in the car
- Fearful or anxious behaviors during thunderstorms, fireworks or other noises
- Fearful or anxious behaviors being leashed, harnessed or during handling, grooming, or veterinary visits
