Meet Bisca, a purebred Lagotto Romagnolo, purchased from a breeder in Germany (slide/video says Italy but that was my mistake! She was from Germany). Due to international transport rules, she could not be sent to her new owners in Portugal until she was fully vaccinated, at 4 months of age.
